One difficulty with showing video in school Assembly is the numerous problems that you can suffer.
For example: YouTube might be blocked; the network is down; the Assembly computer has been changed; the video is in the wrong format; and so on.
This is stressful! Sometimes you just want to pull your own hair out. So you avoid showing video in Assembly.
Here is a way to make your Assembly more interesting without adding stress.

The 2021 Model Music Curriculum (MMC) sits at the heart of the Government’s agenda for supporting curriculum music in schools during Key Stages 1, 2 and 3.
Why not use some of the music identified in your school Assembly.
The blue lines of text are the titles of the Foundation music in the Model Music Curriculum, and each title is a hyperlink to that music, free in the AssemblyTube Database. You could consider the Foundation music as the bare minimum that each student should be exposed to at some point during Key Stages 1,2, or 3.
